Properly South Florida products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. That means nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you — it gets printed, stitched, or assembled once you place your order. Here’s what that means for timing and shipping.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Production Time
Every item is produced individually after you order. Most orders ship within 2–7 business days of submission, depending on the season, product, and stock availability. You’ll see an estimated ship-by date on your order confirmation.
Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages if products are produced by different facilities, and may arrive on different days.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery estimates vary by carrier and service:

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and holiday volume can extend transit time beyond these windows.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, order size, and selected shipping speed.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once it leaves the production facility. If you ordered multiple items that ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Address Changes
Because production begins shortly after you order, we can only accommodate address changes within a short window — contact us at info@properlysouthflorida.com as soon as possible if you need to update a shipping address. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee a change can be made.
Lost, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn’t show up at all, we’ll make it right. Contact us at info@properlysouthflorida.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, if it never arrived) with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or misprinted item (if applicable)
We’ll arrange a reprint or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items are covered under the policy above.
